The second Kokaklubi this season took place at Kristi Heinsoo’s on November 5th.

The last Cooking Club meeting in this season is planned on Saturday, June 19, at 10:00 am at Kristi and Tiit Heinsoo’s home.

Kristi and Toomas will join forces to offer an entre of boiled potatoes with white mushroom sauce.
Janne will teach and demonstrate the preparation of “Lumepalli supp” (Floating Islands).

Everyone intrested in cooking is welcome!

Maikuu Kokaklubi toimub Ingrid ja Tom Palm-i kodus laupäeval, 22.mail kell 10 el.

• Malle K. õpetab valmistama maksapasteeti
• Kringel. Maitseme perenaiste valmistatud kringleid ning vahetame retsepte ja õpetusi. Perenaised kel soov, palun tooge kaasa oma kringlit maitsmiseks ning retsepti jagamiseks .

Kokaklubi in May will take place at Ingrid and Tom Palm’s home on Saturday, May 22 at 10 am.

• Kringel (sweet yeast bread) tasting. We will taste and share the kringel recipes.  If you like, please bring your kringel  and recipe

Ilme Raudsepp õpetab meile, kuidas valmistada kahte torti. 
Maasika-shokolaadi tort. Shokolaadi tordipõhi on immutatud likööriga ning vahele maasika-vaht. Teiseks õpetab Ilme lihtsat võikoogi tegemist.

 Cooking Club in April is at Kristi Heinsoo’s on Sat. April 24th at 10 am.

Ilme Raudsepp has decided to teach us two cakes, a Strawberry and Chocolate Torte, chocolate genoise layers soaked with Grand Marnier layered with Stawberry cloud cream.  And a very simple but very delicious Gooey butter cake recipe with a yeast dough base which won’t take any time at all to demonstrate.  
Of course we’ll have taste testing.

• Pasha maitsmine. Eesti lihavõtte laua magusroaks on traditsiooniliselt olnud pasha. Perenaised, kui teil on aega selle magustoidu valmistamiseks, palun tooge oma pasha kaasa. Maitseme ja jagame üksteisega nippe, kuidas seda pühaderooga teha.

 Kokaklubi will take place on Saturday, March 27th at 10am at the home of From Orav

• From Orav will teach us how to make Setu Seljanka.
• Pasha tasting. Pasha is traditional Estonian Easter dessert. If you have time to make it, please bring your Pasha. We will taste and share tips how to make this delicious Easter Dessert.
